The termite tubing system that lets you re-treat a building for decades without drilling a single hole in your floor. Original TermiPore pipe, kits and accessories supplied at dealer rates from Jaipur to sites across India.
Pipe grid laid in sand below the floor — termiticide is injected years later from an external junction box.
A reticulation system (also called a termite tubing system, porous pipe system or termite pipe system) is a grid of micro-perforated pipe laid in the sand bed under your floor and along the building periphery during construction. Termiticide is injected through junction boxes outside the building, so the soil barrier can be recharged every few years — with no drilling, no dust, no furniture shifting and no exposure to chemical smell indoors.
Conventional post-construction treatment means drilling 12-inch grids into finished marble, tile or wooden flooring. With reticulation the pipe is already there — you simply connect a pump to the junction box.
Micro-holes all around the pipe release termiticide uniformly along the entire run, forming a continuous treated zone instead of the isolated wet patches a drilled hole creates.
Chemical stays under the floor. No airborne exposure, no odour inside the house, no need to vacate — important for hospitals, hotels, schools and homes with children.
One-time installation during construction costs a fraction of repeated drilling treatments, and it protects expensive flooring from permanent damage.
TermiPore is an elastomeric (TPE) reticulation pipe with a honeycomb structure and pressure-operated micro-holes — more holes open as pressure rises, so termiticide is always delivered evenly. Choose the size by where the pipe will be laid.
| Size | Dimensions | Wall | Micro-holes | Flow @0.25 kg/cm² | Best for | Roll |
|---|
Micro-hole size 0.2–1.0 mm · min. burst pressure 50 PSI · min. tensile strength 6 kg/cm² · elongation at break 70% · working range 0–50 °C · max continuous run 25 m (80 ft) · RoHS compliant material.
Compatible with EC and SC formulations — imidacloprid, fipronil, chlorpyriphos, bifenthrin. Manufacturer recommends EC formulations; SC must be mixed thoroughly. Always flush with 3–5 litres of clean soft water after injection.
ESCR (50 °C / 24 hr Igepal — no slow crack growth) and Accelerated Weather Test (300 hrs ≈ 10 years outdoor exposure — no cracking, no jetting, uniform flow retained). Every roll checked on 9 quality parameters.
The complete TermiPore installation sequence: where the pipe is laid, how the grid is planned, junction box placement and the five common layout patterns. Useful to show a client or a site engineer before work starts.
The reticulation pipe is buried under your floor for the life of the building. If it collapses, blocks or cracks, there is no way to replace it without breaking the floor — so the pipe itself is the one place not to economise.
Simple test used by the manufacturer: you would not use an agricultural PVC pipe for a building's plumbing — so why use an irrigation pipe for its termite protection?
TermiPore can be installed before, during or after construction — in the soil at plinth level, over PCC under the tiles, or in a trench around the periphery of an existing building.
Because reticulation pipe is buried and invisible, the market has copies that look similar and fail in a few years. Original TermiPore carries four checks — insist on all four, whoever you buy from.
bharatpest supplies only original TermiPore, invoiced with GST, straight from the manufacturer's authorised channel. If your current supplier cannot show these four markers, you are not getting TermiPore.
The manufacturer holds written feedback from Army vehicle depots, ammunition depots and infantry units where the system has been in service for years.
Used at large institutional and religious campuses covering thousands of square feet of floor area.
Specified in residential and commercial projects where flooring is expensive and future drilling is unacceptable.
PCOs across Rajasthan and Gujarat buy TermiPore from us for pre-construction contracts and AMC-backed installations.
