Because insecticides are regulated, safety-sensitive products, we can only accept returns of unopened, sealed packs — and we make it right quickly whenever the fault is ours (wrong item, damaged in transit, or expired stock).

  1. Message us on WhatsApp 99837 55566 or email bharatpestcontrol_1@yahoo.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the outer box, inner packs, and batch/expiry printing.
  3. Our team responds within 1 working day with pickup/replacement instructions. Do not use or discard the product until the claim is resolved.

Returns and shortages for bulk orders are governed by the terms on your quotation/invoice. Shortage or transit-damage claims must be noted on the LR/POD at the time of receipt.
