Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship PAN India through reputed courier partners, subject to pincode serviceability and hazardous-goods rules for certain formulations (see Section 4).

2. Dispatch & delivery timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are normally dispatched the same day. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; actual delivery depends on the courier and destination.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination, and are shown before payment. Bulk/project orders are quoted with freight terms on the quotation.

4. Restricted & hazardous items

Certain formulations (e.g., aerosols, some flammable EC concentrates, fumigants) are restricted to surface transport only or specific regions under courier hazardous-goods policies. Delivery time for such items may be longer.
Some regulated products may require valid licence details before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to pincodes where safe, compliant transport is not available.

5. Damaged or tampered parcels

Please check the parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, leaking, or tampered, refuse the delivery (or accept with a remark to the courier) and inform us within 48 hours with photos on WhatsApp 99837 55566. We will arrange replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

A tracking link is shared by SMS/WhatsApp/email once your order is dispatched.
