Canara Bank, Opp. Zudio, Jaipur – 302019, Rajasthan. We sell professional pest-management products; we do not provide pest control services through this website.

3. Eligibility & lawful use

- Insecticides and pest-control chemicals are regulated under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and Insecticides Rules, 1971. You agree to purchase and use products only in accordance with applicable law and the manufacturer's label.

4. Products, pricing & availability
- All products sold are genuine, sealed, original packs from authorised supply channels.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. The price applicable is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
- Product images are representative; pack designs may vary by manufacturer batch.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order (including for pricing errors, stock unavailability, licence non-compliance, or suspected misuse), with a full refund of any amount paid.
5. Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and we issue an order confirmation.
- Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
- For bulk/project orders, quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
6. Product use & safety
- Always read and follow the manufacturer's label, leaflet and safety instructions before use. The label is the final authority on dosage, application, and precautions.

We are not liable for losses arising from misuse, off-label use, improper storage, or application of products contrary to the manufacturer's directions.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
