Termite protection built into the floor.
A network of porous pipes laid under the slab during construction. Recharge termiticide through the pipes any time — no drilling, no disruption — for the life of the building.
One pipe network, decades of protection
The porous pipe is laid at plinth level before flooring. Termiticide injected at the junction boxes seeps evenly through the micro-pores into the soil, forming a continuous chemical barrier.
Porous pipe on a bed of coarse sand, across the plinth and periphery.
Accessible injection points every 25–40 m, sealed with end plugs.
Dilute an approved termiticide and inject through the network.
Re-treat years later without breaking floors — just re-inject.

Installed at every critical stage
Laid across the fill before the sub-floor is cast.
Run under the flooring layer around rooms and wet areas.
Continuous loop along the external building line.
Use with your preferred termiticide
The reticulation pipe carries the chemical — you choose the termiticide. All are stocked in our catalogue.
